30-day replacement guarantee
These terms explain the limit applying to replacement sourcing provided by Placer. The applicable signed Client Placement Agreement remains controlling.
Maximum of two replacement reps
Placer's total obligation is limited to sourcing a maximum of two replacement reps during the applicable 30-day coverage period, regardless of the number of original reps who leave or are terminated.
How the limit works
- The two-replacement limit applies in aggregate to the client engagement, not separately to every rep placed.
- If more than two reps leave or are terminated during the covered period, Placer is not required to source additional replacements after the second replacement rep.
- A replacement does not restart or extend the original 30-day coverage period unless Placer agrees otherwise in writing.
- Replacement sourcing is subject to the eligibility requirements and client obligations stated in the Client Placement Agreement.
No performance guarantee
The guarantee covers eligible replacement sourcing only. Placer does not guarantee a candidate's sales results, tenure or future performance. The client retains responsibility for final interviews, hiring, onboarding, management and termination decisions.
